The company was founded on November 24, 1994, when it started its activities and produced a total of 6 types of products, with the fact that it gradually expanded the assortment and currently produces more than 1000 types of products (manipulation equipment, stands, wooden stands, construction stands, shelves, racking systems, screwless racking, rudder, goats, construction goats, transport trolleys, pipe rolling, profile rolling, painting, coil cutting, metal production).
The company ensures not only the complete sale of its products, but also the development of both production and new technologies. The company exports 95% of its production. The most important customers include retail chains in EU countries (Germany, Austria, Poland, France, Spain, Denmark, Great Britain, Sweden, Holland and Croatia), and outside the EU, Switzerland, Russia, Israel, Canada and the USA.
The company is one of the most important entities on the Central European market for metalworking products with surface treatment.
V-NASS, a.s. is located in Ostrava – Vítkovice and was founded on 24/02/1997. The company is 100% owned by Czech private capital.
The company was established by buying out part of VÍTKOVICE a.s. and focuses exclusively on export markets – Europe, North America.
The company has been focusing on assembled production since 2009. In its offer you can find comprehensive production and services for the subsea, nuclear energy and metallurgical industry markets.
The annual turnover is around 400 million crowns.
The company ELFE, s. r. o. is located in Krnov in the Bruntál district, was founded on February 1, 1993 and is privately owned by the Czech Republic.
Its beginning is connected with the demise of state-owned enterprises and the creation of state-owned joint-stock companies and limited liability companies.
The engineering company ELFE, s. r. o. took advantage of these possibilities, gained business contacts in new markets abroad and began to manufacture parts of machines and equipment for them.
The forge was built and put into operation in 1955 as part of the national enterprise ZPS Hulín. At that time, it was mainly used for the production of loose forgings in the field of engineering and military production.
In 1969, the forge became part of the independent national enterprise TOS Hulín, and in 1994 it was privatized by TRIANGOLO spol. s.r.o.
Currently, the forge is spread over an area of 30,000 m2, of which operations occupy 7,000 m2 and warehouses 2,800 m2.
The basic group of production consists of forgings for engineering – shafts, bars, spindles, solid discs and perforated discs and the production of seamless rings. According to the technologies used, we produce die forgings of rotational shapes, free forgings and seamless rolled circles.
The company LISA TECH a.s. is a Czech company that deals with the development, production and sale of ecological lines focused on the usability of sorted municipal waste.
Thanks to the unique patented technology, it is able to realize functional boards from waste, which have wide applicability both in the construction industry and in other fields of business. The production of lines for the processing of sorted municipal waste takes place in our own production capacities.

This is a subsidiary service company that handles all purchases within the group. It was founded in 2018
with the aim of centralizing purchases and thus achieving greater efficiency in the pricing policy of existing
suppliers in individual companies. The approach is based on quantity-based pricing.
The main areas of centralized procurement include all types of energy, personal protective equipment, IT
services, marketing and PR services, mobile operator services, vehicle fleet renewal and replenishment,
handling equipment, etc.

The goal of TRESTLES Shop s.r.o. is to offer its products primarily to B2C customers. Recognizing the rapid growth of e-commerce in all the world, our online shop has become an integral part of our portfolio.
The online shop was launched on January 1st, 2023.

Rotis d.o.o. was founded in 1991 and, over more than 30 years of existence, has developed into one of the largest manufacturers of slewing bearings, gears, welded structures, and other machine parts in Slovenia. The company is headquartered in Trzin near Ljubljana, Slovenia, with its main production facilities located in Kočevje. Since 2025, Rotis has been part of the ANACOT GROUP.
Rotis specializes in the development and production of large-scale slewing bearings (so-called slewing rings) with diameters ranging from 200 to 5000 mm. In addition to standard types, a significant portion of production consists of custom bearings developed to meet specific customer requirements. The company also possesses extensive capacities for precision CNC machining, gear manufacturing, and large weldments (all up to 5 m in diameter). In 2020, Rotis opened a new, modern production plant in Kočevje, equipped with advanced technologies according to the Industry 4.0 concept.
